I had a wonderful experience at Optical On Point (OOP)! Josh welcomed me in and very cordially help me decide on the right frames for my blue light glasses. He is very knowledgeable on the right type of fit and mechanics that work best for each face. I left very excited to receive my glasses when they come in. Great to work with. Outstanding customer service. As the ownerol of A&M Friendly Movers I know how hard it is to deliver. Josh has gone above and beyond to help me transition from not wearing glasses to bifocal lenses. Fair pricing.
Josh did an excellent job with my new lenses. He even took time to address the fit of glasses that I did not purchase from him! Worth every penny!
My flexon rimless glasses were badly bet in a fall and the wire holding one lens snapped. They were completely unusable. Josh replaced the wire and bent the frames back to look good as new, and took time fitting it exactly for comfort. Outstanding and friendly service at this shop.
Josh was super helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond providing outstanding service. We live in a new community and as soon as I got home I shared my experience and the shops information with our FB group. I wish him continued success and will definitely return.
