Josh at optical on point went above and beyond for us. My son broke his glasses and when I called before they even opened, Josh answered and told me to come right in. He was professional, friendly and clearly takes pride in his work. He fixed and cleaned the glasses on the spot and didn’t charge us at all, that kind of kindness and customer service is rare these days. We are so grateful and highly recommend optical on point.

Josh does an exceptional job of helping you get the right product you’re looking for. I needed glasses for my son that don’t scratch as easily since he’s very little. Josh gave me great information about what type of lenses and scratch protection we can use and fit the new lenses with heavy scratch protection into my son’s existing glass frames. Josh is very helpful and informative in his field and would highly recommend!
