VERY Disappointed with the service and care given to my Mother. She saw Dr. Bausbach's assistant for her eye exam. When she got her glasses, she had a hard time seeing, as everything was tilting down. After using the glasses for a week, as per request, she went back in for a second eye exam. This next exam totally changed her prescription. She stated she was not paying for this second exam and was told she would not be billed. A bill came and she has spent over a week trying to get a hold of Dr Bausboch or the office manager... read more

WARNING ! - Watch out for ALL the patient-abusive fine print in their consent forms and financial agreement(s) - and their ZERO-response billing department. NO questions allowed > Just SIGN everything and pay "WHATEVER" they decide - OR ELSE. And, expect 2-hour in-office appointment-waits for answers to "Doctor questions" ! EVERYTHING at EYE Associates - including phone calls - is available ONLY at THEIR "convenience."
