I was trained on multiple things. Cnc machine, laser machine, building and inspecting parts. Two years in I was wrote up for having a family member bring a doctors note to work because I couldn’t drive. Wrote up for having a granola bar in my desk drawer, while the glass plant ate powdered doughnuts. Sexist environment. Men get paid more than women.
