optical fashions has poor customer service if your needs go beyond ordering glasses. i went there to be fitted for contacts. i was coaxed into having another eye exam, despite having walked in with a perscription & was told that my insurance would cover it, only to be sent a bill following the visit. i was told i can "walk in," but when i arrived was told that i should have called first to make sure they were available, that they did not have time. i asked for my perscription to take elsewhere. instead of providing me w/ a c... read more
