Do not go to this place!!! They take your money and leave you waiting months for a so called follow-up that never happens... then refuse to give you your records and prescription information claiming the “CAN’T” give it to you which really means they won’t give it and flat out refuse you access to your records! They blame it on the mysterious Doctor that is never in the building and is part of the scam. I purchased 3 pairs of eye glasses. The selections were great, professional courteous service was refreshing. I was able to pick up my glasses on the date promised. When I had a question about one of the pairs, the owner came out and looked them over. She saw something in them that was not acceptable to her and she sent it back. She is the Mike Holmes of eye glasses, ' make it right".
very good service...waited 4 weeks to receive glass!! i can understand that it needs to be shipped, processed and manufactured...but over all i loved my glasses...
Everyone in the office is so nice and helpful. Check them out!
Receptionist is rude poor customer service. Won't be going back
