I requested an appointment to have an early assessment of my post-surgery recuperation - just to get some reassurance that all was progressing as planned. Amazing to get an appointment within 24 hours. Following a series of thorough tests and a formal consultation all has been confirmed as great progress and the clear explanation of the results provided very positive reassurance. HAD LENSE REPLACEMENT FEB ... NOTHING WENT RIGHT. THEY TOOK MY 700O POUNDS AND SINCE THEN NOT BOTHERED.... MY VISION IS WORSE MY EYES ARE SORE ....WHEN I GET UPSET THEY TELL ME IM AGGRESSIVE.... THEY LIED TO ME FROM THE BEGINNING. ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY THEY DONT CARE... I THEN GET THIS DEMAND LETTER
Excellent service and what a difference in my eyesight, had a very bad cataract in my left eye and the beginning of another in my right eye, went in for lens replacement very quick and painless procedure. Cant recommend highly enough, well worth the cost. Just had my final eye check up and all good so i am now discharged, Thanks again Optical express
Amazing and fast service from start to finish. I made an enquiry and was contacted straight away, consultation within days, and now surgery booked within a month. Something I have wanted to do for nearly 20 years but always put off was actually so simple and the staff were kind and caring.
My experience started off very pleasant, I had my consultation at my preferred Bournemouth branch (This was one of the main reasons for choosing optical express over competitors in Southampton). They made everything clear and explained what would happen on the day of the procedure and made me feel at ease. Had my procedure at the Southampton branch, as they don’t do the procedure at Bournemouth. My procedure went smoothly and went into post op to be talked through my aftercare.
