Service is great - everything is done in a very professional way and their equipments are best quality
Visited the Oxford Road branch, reception were very polite and friendly, received a free drink and crossiants, tests done by Mo who was extremely professional and helpful. Saw the Optometrist Troy, who is brilliant, patiently answered all my questions with care, explained everything clearly. Performed further tests. Was not eligible for the surgery in the end but was still well worth the visit and there was no charge. First class all round.
I've not long left optical express Oxford Road Bournemouth for my routine eye check up, Back in 2012 I had lense replacement done by this company, the whole team are amazing, my optometrist troy , can't thank him enough he was very thorough explaining everything he did, my eyes are still perfect, sadly I did not get the mangers name but she was amazing also , very friendly always smiling and makes a great coffee, if your thinking about laser or lense replacement give these guys a call
I requested an appointment to have an early assessment of my post-surgery recuperation - just to get some reassurance that all was progressing as planned. Amazing to get an appointment within 24 hours. Following a series of thorough tests and a formal consultation all has been confirmed as great progress and the clear explanation of the results provided very positive reassurance. All very professional... many thanks.
HAD LENSE REPLACEMENT FEB ... NOTHING WENT RIGHT. THEY TOOK MY 700O POUNDS AND SINCE THEN NOT BOTHERED.... MY VISION IS WORSE MY EYES ARE SORE ....WHEN I GET UPSET THEY TELL ME IM AGGRESSIVE.... THEY LIED TO ME FROM THE BEGINNING. ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY THEY DONT CARE... I THEN GET THIS DEMAND LETTER
