I had the worst experience with this place not only that I paid $300 for transition lenses and I didn't get transition is lenses and they wouldn't even refund me the difference good thing is I paid $200 to know where not to go in the future
Kayla does an awesome job adjusting my glasses and Assisting with any questions I have. Justin does a great job with adjusting glasses and recommendations for new glasses. I highly recommend them for your optical needs.
Update from my first experience. Then 2023 now 2025 ....I initially thought i was getting good customer service but after years of trying to fix my glasses I now feel uncared for and customer service there at optical express is not priority. I did find a fabulous eye center in abilene that not only fixed their mistake but did so with respect and compassion. I pray optical express reevaluates their customer service practices .
Kayla is so extremely helpful and pleasant! They have fixed many pairs of glasses for me, in & out! The store is so cute also!
Just a one hour wait for two pairs of glasses beats waiting two weeks. Especially if you're blind like me. Very friendly too
