Dr. Straker and his staff at Optical Express do a very good job. They are patient and explain the options on your insurance, contacts and glasses (I have had a lot of those). My glasses were ready later that day and I can see great. The two negative reviews below sure sound like they were written by the same person. Can't believe all of that happened in Optical Express, you must have been a very difficult patient who didn't listen to the staff and doctor.
I've been going to this optical shop and seeing Dr. Straker for many years. I bring all of my family members and recommend Dr. Straker to friends as well. The doctor and his staff have been very helpful in providing for our needs over the years. We will continue to come to Optical Express and recommend Dr. Straker to our loved ones.
Dr. Straker and his staff are wonderful people. Dr. Straker has always been nothing but professional and kind hearted. I don't believe anything these people are saying below. I could never see Dr, Straker acting in that manner. I have known Dr. Straker for over a year and I have never had anything but a positive experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Straker for any of your optical needs.
Dr. Straker has been my optometrist for close to 15 years. My experience with him has been nothing but wonderful. I find him to be very thorough, professional and personable. I completely disagree with this disgruntle patient. I have complete confidence in Dr. Straker, his staff, and his exams. I only have the upmost respect for him as not only a person but a optometrist.
The people who work here are very rude, not friendly. I did not get great service at all. I waited at least an hour, and when I finally saw the doctor he was very not personable. He ran threw my exam quickly and didn't answer any of my questions. I would never go back to this place, I ended up having to go to Lenscrafters who treated me wonderful. This place was a waste of my time and money. I didn't even get the right prescription, Lenscrafters had to re do everything. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!
I want to make this short even though there is so much to say. First off I didn't get what I paid for at all, I went in for contacts and the doctor told me I had to stick to glasses after him trying to get the contacts in my eyes and then giving up after 10 minutes. I told him that the contacts looked to big for my eyes, rudely he said "well its all we have".
