OC&D has been great and has been watching over our fiber OSP network for many years in Texas .
We are a heavy construction company and Steve from Optical Construction and Design came to our aid when one of our operators damages a phone line which at the time we were not sure if it was a fiber optic line or not. Steve went out of his way to contact the right company to help us solve the issue. We are truly grateful for his uninterested help!
