Fantastic staff! Very friendly atmosphere, helpful and not pushy at all - a welcome change from the last place I went to in Hamilton. Would definitely recommend.
The guys there are really professional and supportive. I had situation where my lenses needs to be replaced from Progressive to Only reading lenses and they were so happy to change at no cost with great understanding. thank you guys
Worst customer service ever, Manger thinks he’s entitled. Because of a “manger position” likes to laugh in people’s face, also if your on low income they treat you like piece of gum that you walk on in the street , No respect. Also not accessible EDIT - They responded saying a ramp was offered however it was not , not even mentioned. In fact they had no choice but to bring glasses outside and embarrassed me on Ottawa st , The glasses are also cheaply made as they already have broke
Phenomenon customer service! From the eye exam, to purchase of glasses and then later on the repair and maintenance of my glasses. Phenomenal. 10/10 recommend!
