I stopped by on my way back from the pharmacy to possibly see about picking up a pair of glasses from my prescription for reading, but wasn’t sure if it was going to be a hassle. Sometimes I just drop by to look and see if maybe I can get something done without it being a long wait or a lot of effort. Wow, today was the day because everyone in this department was there to help! I registered, picked a pair of frames, had my prescription set, ordered my glasses and paid in less than 30 minutes. Amazing!
Erika was so helpful, experienced, and sweet. She was all business all along providing a personal touch. She helped me settle on a pair of frames, which is always difficult to do. Thank you
I was a drop-in without an appointment, but the representative got me in quickly to get my new eye glasses adjusted. I appreciate the attentiveness without hesitation. I ultimately purchased new sunglasses, too!
All the staff was very personable and it was a pleasant experience, Danias was so helpful, answered all my questions, and made it easy to understand what I was purchasing for my new eyewear.
Y doctor was very nice and respectful, explained everything she was about to do. Very knowledgeable and sure of her profession, made me feel comfortable.
