First time to return to Kaiser Optical services as we stopped due to not so pleasant experiences before. We’ve with Kaiser since we migrated, Kaiser has been very helpful and supportive to our medical needs. Our personal physician, Dr. Vibes was the most helpful doctor we ever had and gave us exemplary medical care. Plus all the other doctors recommended by him. The whole staff really supported us all the way. Thank you for everything.

I was early, forgot my wallet and also didnt realize my eye exam and eyeglass appt were at different locations. They were able to fit me in at the Martinez location for eyeglasses and let me make my selection and pay later by phone. All the time each person, and the doctor were kind, friendly and understanding. They were able to cancel my appointment in the second location in Antioch as well. I loved the help I received in choosing glasses that suited my face. I am so pleased!

Dr. Chiu is an absolutely amazing optometrist. I always feel well taken care of and I trust him fully with my care. My eyesight is an important part of my livelihood, so my visits are very important to me. I always have peace of mind knowing I can track my visual health with an experienced doctor like Dr. Chiu, who makes you feel comfortable every time you come to see him. I arrived after my Optometry appt, close to 5 pm w/o an Optical appt since n/a online til following day. She graciously agreed to see me right then, was extremely helpful and efficient, and I was very grateful!
