Been waiting ONE month for contact lenses to come in. When I call they are very nice but their response is "I sent an email." AAFES needs a new company to run the concession.

Been going here our entire time and love it.
Was helping my son get glasses. Employees dont have any interest in assisting customers. Were focused on their own devices and not helpful at all. Pretty rude as well.
