Terrible customer service. Received damaged glasses 6 weeks after placing the order. He wanted another 4 weeks because he ordered replacements. I requested my money back and received a lot of disrespect rudeness as if my fault!!! 662$ refund is still pending a week later.
Do not go here! One of my children have been without glasses for over 3 months because the replacement frames have not come in and no matter how many times I have called, sent messages through their website, and went in with no resolve. They don't want to give me my money back either. I ask to speak to some else and they do nothing. Update: It's now going on 6 months and still no resolve. Do not go here! My family and I were on a tight timeline; Ismael squared us away quickly, professionally, and with a great attitude. Ismael went out of the way to help us get a great deal on two pairs of glasses and some free upgrades by maximizing our insurance. Store had a lot of nice brand name stuff too. Solid dude, and will be back (90 min drive for us!).
