Ordered a pair of trifocals in mid October. I was happy they came in within two weeks. When I picked them up, the lenses were slanted by about 30 degrees! There is no way a quality control inspector of the lenses wouldn't have noticed! The girl at the desk noticed it after I pointed it out. I expected them to be reordered. I did not hear back, and early December I stopped in to check. Apparently the girl at the desk did not follow up, and the order had still not been placed.
