Overpriced and rude
Absolute worst experience…no communication, misinformation given, and rude responses when you finally get ahold of them. I HIGHLY recommend finding a place off base if you can!
I scheduled an appointment online as requested for Friday, Sept 17 @ 9:00 a.m. I received a text confirmation of my appointment. Went to the base this morning and waited and waited for someone to open the door. I was then told by the optical shop that the Dr was out due to illness. Why wasn't I contacted to let me know? It would have saved me time and gas! This is no way to run a business. Won't use them ever again. Got in with Palm Eyecare today and had excellent service!
