Walked in today (Monday) around 1230 to look for new glasses for my kids. Managed to spend a minute or two at each brand’s display and even tried a few pair on. The young lady at the desk was kicked back looking like she was playing a game on her phone, never said a word. We walked out and took our business elsewhere.

I was in need for a prescription short notice and gave a call. Debbie notified me that an optometrist was unavailable for the day. I just assumed that that was that and I was going to move on. But instead, to my surprise, Debbie actually took the time to contact multiple local optometry clinics for me. She even went to the extent of calling clinics to ensure an a... read more
