As a former employee at OCC, my experience was rather unique. 12 Hour Shift, 1 hour lunch, Monday - Thursday (with mandatory Fridays). Holiday Pay is only 10 hours PTO on holidays. If you leave work EARLY for a doctors appointment or emergency you are charged a full day (11 hours pto). If you call in, your pto is automatically used for an excused absence. Bi-Weekly Paycheck.
