Went in to replace missing screw on my sunglasses and was fixed instantly… on top of that, I was surprisingly wasn’t charged and was seven given a screwdriver to prevent the problem in the future. An unexpected and very kind gesture. I couldn’t recommend this store any higher.
Every two years, I visit Moda Optical, and I’ve always been very satisfied with their service. They are very professional and quick to help whenever there’s an issue with my eyeglasses. I highly recommend this optical store! They are so easy to talk to, especially Manny. I’m really impressed with his excellent service and kindness. Highly recommended! ❤️🙏
This is the most irresponsible office have ever seen, they gave an appointment a week ago and called me an hour before the appointment saying they forgot they don't have the equipment for the test and the guy was even very rude and nonchalant about it knowing fully well I had waited a week and was almost on my way to them. Can never recommend this unprofessionals, NEVER!!!
