While traveling in St. Augustine, FL, had a rock hit my windshield that required the windshield to be replaced. A quick web search led me to Optic-Kleer. Darren and John were a pleasure to work with, they are a father and son team, definitely a small local business (franchise). They were professional and quick and fairly price for the repair. While I hope I don’t need their services again I would definitely return to them for a windshield repair or replacement.
Very polite and professional all while being pleasant. Waiting area was clean and there was something to drink if you so chose.
Promise made was a promise kept. On time and installation of my shield was done in less than an hour. Great job would highly recommend.
Was in and out in 15 minutes... Jon did a nice job on a chipped windshield. Friendly, good atmosphere and fair price... should the need arise I will return. Roy
Great experience with Optic Kleer…we drove to the shop (without an appointment) and passed John driving out of the parking lot. He turned around and came back, assessed the windshield damage and fixed it on the spot. Done quickly and efficiently and John couldn’t have been nicer. A+++ all around. Thanks so much for the great service !
