Megan was amazing!!! She remembered my name after not coming in for months. That to me shows great customer service. She was friendly and so helpful. The doctor and Megan are the reasons I will come back. The lady who helps with ordering glasses was not the friendliest. Thanks for being so amazing!!! Megan is one of a kind.
I have been going to the eye doctor yearly for almost 30 years, different locations in different states, and this place was by far the best experience I've ever had. The doctor was so kind and thorough. He even personally called me when I requested a different brand of contacts to discuss options. The front desk was also so nice. 10/10 recommend
Outstanding experience and super friendly and inviting atmosphere. Great selection and a great layout too. Our whole family are patients here including our six year old. Dr. Sisson is a natural with kids if you’re in need of child eye exams! High recommended! Thanks, OGS!
Very friendly office!
I received an eye injury on Friday afternoon and Optic Gallery squeezed me in by opening a little early on Saturday and seeing me as their first patient of the day. They were extremely thorough and spent a good amount of time looking at my eye to make sure I was ok. I'm very grateful that they squeezed me in and I will definitely return to this place for regular eye exams.
