Excellent customer/patient service! Dr. Matthew Sisson and his team were very good to me and thoroughly tested my eyes. I felt respected and appreciated. They even took my insurance that many other Optometrists would not accept. So many frame options! I am getting a great pair of designer glasses with all the fixings at a responsible price. Optic Gallery in Sparks has a new loyal customer! Thank you!!
We went to the wrong location. We called to let them know we went to the wrong one and told them we were on our way. The Dr took us even though we were late and took care of us. The Dr was incredible, explained everything clearly and was very professional. The process of picking new frames and getting our lenses sorted out was smooth and easy and everything went great. Our glasses came in sooner than we thought they would. Great place to go, professional friendly staff and great prices.

I use to go to Costco for my basic yearly exam. Until I found this place, I didn’t understand the importance of having a very thorough examination of the eyes until I encountered this place. The doctor’s assistant Vanesa is super helpful and friendly. As well as the other staff. Vanesa called me to notify me that my insurance won’t cover until march and would be ideal to reschedule.
