The quality of care I've received at Optic Gallery is outstanding! Meg, the young woman who assisted me in the initial exam and later in selecting new frames, was kind, courteous and professional. I highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking eye care in the Sparks area.
Megan was amazing!!! She remembered my name after not coming in for months. That to me shows great customer service. She was friendly and so helpful. The doctor and Megan are the reasons I will come back. The lady who helps with ordering glasses was not the friendliest. Thanks for being so amazing!!! Megan is one of a kind.
I have been going to the eye doctor yearly for almost 30 years, different locations in different states, and this place was by far the best experience I've ever had. The doctor was so kind and thorough. He even personally called me when I requested a different brand of contacts to discuss options. The front desk was also so nice. 10/10 recommend
Outstanding experience and super friendly and inviting atmosphere. Great selection and a great layout too. Our whole family are patients here including our six year old. Dr. Sisson is a natural with kids if you’re in need of child eye exams! High recommended! Thanks, OGS!
