We have been coming here for 4 years. Dr. Whitley is superb. Very thorough and addresses each concern. He remembers us and is very personable. The staff are amazing there too! I recommended my parents go to see him and they loved him too.
Dr. Whitley is by far one of the most professional, respectful, and thorough doctors I have ever interacted with. He was very helpful in my diagnosis journey for my KCN disease. His staff was also very great. Overall, this office is so family friendly and I would recommend it without hesitation. One of the best optometrist in town!!
Dr.Mitchitsch was fantastic and Tonya was a delight. The greeter who signed me in was also a complete sweetheart. Very nice shop.
Today, 4/5/25 at 12:34pm, I had a disappointing experience with Optic Gallery in South Meadows, Reno. I called to request that my contact lens and glasses prescriptions be emailed to my personal email address, as I am at my eye appointment at an out-of-state eye clinic and I had mistakenly misplaced my prescriptions due to my move to Arkansas. My whole family has been checked here. All of the staff are super nice and welcoming. The doctors are wonderful and listen to your concerns. My husbands glasses broke, and I took them in the next morning. They were able to repair them within a couple of hours. I am very grateful to have found such a professional and amazing office!
