I had a fantastic visit at Optimart in Brooksville Florida yesterday. I was so amazed and thrilled about the customer service from each individual I came in contact with. Shelby at the front desk, and Angela, and other associates helped me go through a crazy amount of glasses before I found the one I wanted. Great job at this business.
Worst service I or anyone could receive after my glasses were finally there. 1st it took a month to get them in, than they needed to be adjusted with the progressive. I was told that I did not know how to wear my glasses because the progressive was right were it needed to be. I was seeing out of that part of my lenses. I have been wearing glasses for over 50 years and now I don't know how to wear them.
