I have been waiting for nearly a month for my glasses which were promised in 10-12 days. When I call every day, I am told I will have them tomorrow but they never come. I was given a ups tracking number which is no good. I paid $856.00 for two pair of glasses and am really disappointed in the customer service of this company. I will never use them again. Note: my friend went to America’s Best a week after me and she’s had her glasses for 3 days already. That’s where I will go next time.

Staff and Andre were very pleasant/professional. All worked dilligently to get just what my daughter needed. We will continue to use Opti-Mart for our eye care & wear needs!
Don’t usually do this and I’m pleased with the service most times. Today I went to pick up my contact lense order and was greeted (or not actually greeted) at the front desk by a male individual who was plainly on a personal phone call. He didn’t cut the call short to help me but rather took his time continuing his conversation while his coworker, who was already caring for a client asked if she could help me.
