Poorly organized. Poor customer service; staff often chatting while clients are waiting. It took one hour to be seen despite taking an appointment. I had to leave because of my work schedule
Mon conjoint et moi avons eu une mauvaise expérience à cet endroit il y a plusieurs années. Nous avons décidé de prendre une chance d’y retourner! Un immense merci à Sabrina Baril grâce à ses conseils extraordinaires et son grand professionnalisme et tout ça dans la bonne humeur!! Elle a pris tout son temps avec nous afin de nous offrir un service 5 étoiles!!!
Maybe it was my back luck, to happen to get a very sullen and cold-faced person to serve me? She did not seem to want to work or serve, speaking in a low and un-clear voice, and in a haste to get me away. But anyways, unpleasant exprience.
Aucun retour d'appels, j'ai dû les appeler une dizaine de fois sur 3 jours ouvrables avant de parler à quelqu'un.
Très bon prix pour vos lunettes excellente service de réparation et rapide mais pouri quand tu as besoin avoir un service optométristes urgence. Si il n’ont pas argent à faire avec vous. Il ne sont pas la pour vous servir. Gros zéro
