The worst service I've ever received. You pay to be treated badly. Don't come here to buy glasses; you're going to pay anyway, so go somewhere where you'll at least be treated with respect.
Very poor service. I have an account with my family members includes. I was able to order contact lenses and book an eye exam for a family member. They called my cellphone for ready to pick up, arrived there and got refused, they must speak to the family members for pick up. Very poor communication and bad service!
One front-desk lady named Marie-Eve is very rude. All I asked was a simple question about how to read the eye exam result, but she kept repeating “I don’t know I don’t know”, while I asked her colleagues and they immediately helped me. She’s giving me attitude that “if you don’t get a pair of glasses or lenses here I would never answer you”. Please avoid talking her as much as possible if you don’t want to have your day ruined.
