She's very rude to her patients. She yelled at my grandfather the whole time and was impatient with him following a check up the day after eye surgery. He hears perfectly fine and can understand directions so i was confused as to why she would yell and act impatient and rude to him. I asked her gently to lower her voice but yet she got louder and more rude with him. He later told me that she is always like that with him. I do not recommend her.
