Used to be great. Disappointed with being here for over 2 hours.
There is an incredibly rude lady at the front desk, who, as I was trying to make an appointment over the phone for a general eye exam, repeatedly asked me “why do you need to see an ophthalmologist?” I took her tone in good faith at first, and asked a second time how I could send over a referral through my optometrist. In spite of this, she continued to be passive aggressive and repeated her question, as if I’m some sort of idiot who goes to see eye doctors for fun. Dr. Youngwirth is a fantastic ophthalmologist. The practice is great and I've gotten nothing but fantastic care. In fact, several of my friends and I now go here to see him
