If I could give zero stars I would. We had an appraiser from Opteon complete an appraisal of our home last week. There are major discrepancies between the comparable homes used vs. what our home has. The comparable homes used included smaller square footage homes, homes without a pool, homes with no separate garage/workshop like we have, homes with no land when we have 2.5 acres. terrible experience. Kevin only spent 10 mins in my home and then left with some photos. his appraisal report had many errors; saying there is a fireplace there isn’t, saying there is no microwave but there is, saying the physical condition externally is fine even though most of the windows are original to the home so 70 years old, driveway isn’t in good condition and etc. do not recommend
