You intentionally tried to erase my experience by deleting my review once again from your failing company, blatantly attempting to conceal your terrible service and mislead your customers. Again 6 months ago that's what happened This company abruptly cancelled my booking simply because I refused to accept their incompetent and inexperienced valuer, Chris Crouch, and asked for someone qualified. This business is terrible at valuations, they severly underquoted the value of the property halting a property purchase! What a joke...

Never answered calls didn't submit valuation until 9 days after which should be done within 48 hrs , Under valued property by nearly 300k his value was under what it cost to buy land and property still waiting for a return call...zero stars review
