I would give them zero stars if possible. Worst property valuers operating in shepparton specially the guy called Chris Crouch . Have zero clue about the market and the comparable sales they put in the report don't make any sense. They recently undervalued our property at least $215k less than the actual market value. Disgusting people to deal with! Very rude incompetent valuers! We had our house valued only a month prior by a professional organisation and opteon come in at almost 150k short of that value due to them not bothering to do the proper ground work! Pathetic! Wouldn’t waste your time
