Worst property valuer I have ever dealt with. Please do yourself a favour and do not consider using Opteon. Would give them 0/5 if i could.
I have called 6 times and emailed 3 times to speak with the valuer Nowra branch Simon J who accessed my house with out my knowledge or permission for a service i did not authorise, Yet I am expected to pay $880 for a service my ex wife arranged although she has not lived at the home for over 2 years Hopefully this post will get your company to contact me as you have made it impossible you have my emails and my number and we can discuss Especially when my 4bed home in a good area was compared with some 3 bed homes in a not so... read more
They were very unhelpful. The valuer inspected the property prior to renovations being complete. But would not provide a before and after valuation.. how hard is it to provide a piece of paper to say the value of the old house and land.. even a range would be OK. Instead they ask that I go back to the bank and request another valuer to repeat the whole process. Waste of time and money.
Save your money, I would give zero stars if possible. I paid nearly $400 for a valuation on my house which came back $110,000 less than the other 5 free valuations I had (4x real estate agents 1× bank) when I queried this via email and requested a review by a different valuer in their business and asked that they consider some value adding research on the area I had done, the response was slow but eventually they came back and said they stood by their original value (which was completely innacurate) and didn't address any of... read more
