I was recommended Opteon by local real estate agent. I spoke to Bernadette regarding property valuation, she was very helpful and explained things to me so I can make informed decision.
Worst property valuer I have ever dealt with. Please do yourself a favour and do not consider using Opteon. Would give them 0/5 if i could.

They were very unhelpful. The valuer inspected the property prior to renovations being complete. But would not provide a before and after valuation.. how hard is it to provide a piece of paper to say the value of the old house and land.. even a range would be OK. Instead they ask that I go back to the bank and request another valuer to repeat the whole process. Waste of time and money.
