They OVER VALUED my property in Geelong, quoted a figure of approx $300,000 over and above the actual worth of the property to Geelong council, which led to an extra $2000 extra land tax on me. When objected, they reversed it ! If I had not objected to this or found out from the Geelong council, that is was OPTEON who provided the quote to them, OPTEON would have made me pay a heavy and an inaccurate tax bill to the Geelong Council.. I am surprised that such FRAUD happens , behind the scenes. It is a SCAM.
Received call for the valuation inspection. Very rude and pushy. Not polite
They don't treat their employees properly.
I recently used Opteon for Quantity Surveying & Progress Claims advice. The y were professional, friendly and great with timeframes. The report were easy to read and sufficiently detailed. Opteon were easy to deal with and delivered reports to meet the short turnaround times with the builder.
