rude and unprofessional - upon arrival it was stated that the valuer wouldn't need to come inside to value the property as "nothing would have changed since they valued it a few years ago"; an immensely inaccurate and rude assumption. It's astounding that they are happy to spend time coming to "value a property" and will charge hundreds of dollars to do so if they are just going to arrive and assume nothing has changed.
I requested a property valuation for my land just outside Hobart, and the result was completely inaccurate. Shockingly, they failed to conduct even a basic Council search to check for existing development applications. This fundamental oversight has led to a grossly incorrect valuation, demonstrating a lack of diligence and professionalism.
Rubbish, never use them
Not sure about the quality of their work but their buildings alarm goes off frequently at odd hours and is very disturbing. Hope they operate their business better than their alarms.
