Recently had Edward come out for a valuation. He was very professional, easy to work with regarding booking times for the inspection, personable and polite. Valuation came back as hoped.
Genuine, personable interaction. Understood the area he was valuing as opposed to other valuers. Took the time to be thorough. It was obvious he was making a professional valuation rather than just popping out to slap some photos on an already generated report. Highly recommend, would use again.

A bald, middle-aged unshaven man with shirts hanging from his tracksuit pants arrived and did our valuation from Opteon. The appraisal came in at 80K under the most conservative estimate we received 4 months ago... This place is an absolute joke and harm people's livelihoods. Avoid, avoid, avoid, avoid.
Reviewed house. Way under market value. By opteon reports, brand new house in growth suburb only gone up by $5k in 5 years. My research on same suburb I can’t find one house under $400k, yet mine is $25k under this. They are a joke! Their reason, not many sales to compare too. Isn’t that what you get paid to do? Avoid at all costs!
