As a Tennant, Opteon Ballarat was great! Was easy to organise a suitable time, valuer showed up at scheduled time and was very professional
A bald, middle-aged unshaven man with shirts hanging from his tracksuit pants arrived and did our valuation from Opteon. The appraisal came in at 80K under the most conservative estimate we received 4 months ago... This place is an absolute joke and harm people's livelihoods. Avoid, avoid, avoid, avoid.
Reviewed house. Way under market value. By opteon reports, brand new house in growth suburb only gone up by $5k in 5 years. My research on same suburb I can’t find one house under $400k, yet mine is $25k under this. They are a joke! Their reason, not many sales to compare too. Isn’t that what you get paid to do? Avoid at all costs!
They made an appointment with us then turned up 2 hours early, drove down the drive turned and left. Said they saw the whole 20 acres from that one corner. Called and asked why they hadn’t turned up to the appointment to be told they didn’t know why and seemed very confused. End result was 30k under what we needed and a total joke as they never even saw the actual land. Avoid if you can
