If I could leave zero stars I would. What a bunch of incompetent and belligerent children. Engaged these clowns for a commercial property evaluation, they spent 5 maybe 7 seconds at the property and then drew comparisons to properties in a lower socioeconomic suburb not even remotely close in proximity. End result the property increased significantly in value but the rent decreased dramatically???? Work that one out.... If you want your Potts Point property compared to a Mt Druitt property, these are your guys.
Worst company for valuation the house ..I request if this company handle your valuation withdraw is better option to save money . Carrie Rowston have no idea about markets . Went to another valuation company got 200000 extra value. .they just rip off money from you
The woman who valued my property seemed very inexperienced and significantly undervalued my property, which in turn stopped me from refinancing my home. I would not recommend this company at all
Madeleine from Opteon did the valuation of my home and under valued the property by 100k! Left out entire rooms and a garage! Wouldn't amend for some unknown reason! Poorly trained and no idea how to value a house! Ended up getting a proper valuation done by aproper company with everything in the house being included this time and the house came to the right valuation and loan was approved. Would never recommend!
We had an appointment for an appraisal, and no one showed up. We made numerous phone calls to Madeleine which she did not answer. Eventually she responded with a text (not a phone call) saying they were not showing up due to covid restrictions. A simple text or call in advance would have gone a long way as my partner is an essential worker and had to reschedule his entire day for this appointment. Very poor form from a business and would never use this company.
