LISTEN TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! Would give 0 stars if possible, significantly under valued more than one property and resulted in our contract falling through. Even when supplied with supporting evidence of local sales of similar builds at higher value, valuer refused to reconsider. Valuer then bragged about refusing to reconsider to our real estate agent at the next valuation. Unprofessional and disappointing. We have made a complaint with the company and will be taking the matter further.
Poor communication and poor customer service
-1 is my score!! I can only respond to Kuichen by txt, but doesn't read them, nor turn up for suggested appt. We will not settle on time cos of his lack of communication.
Not surprised with all the bad reviews, i should have asked the bank to change the valuer, next time I will do everything to keep these clowns away
Don't hire this company for valuation, even if your bank hire them, ask bank to change my valuer. Don't Stress yourself for waiting their response. Reception people very nice but the people work on the back Don't care and they don't act on Reception messages. You gonna feel helpless bcoz of poor communication.
