Our property was valued $300k below listed asking price and resulted in our failure to obtain bridging finance. The valuation by Leslie was made as a desk valuation relying on photos 5 years old without contacting us to ask what improvements had been made. The property sold 2 weeks later well in excess of the listed price. Leslie then had the hide to send a message asking whether we were happy with his valuation. Our negative response brought no reply. Valuation in my opinion was incompetent, lazy and unprofessional.
Very bad valuer and very disappointing with their professionalism, misleading valuation make no market sense at all! Can't believe this business still holding a license and still able to carry on business ..... shame!

We are beyond frustrated with this appraisal company. Like everyone else has said, if I could give zero stars - I would be! Our property was valued well below clear, recent comparable sales in the area. The figure provided simply does not stack up against market evidence.
