Valuers stuck in a time capsule, stubborn & condescending. Undervalue the property, then try to prove their case. Completely out of synch valuations. Owners don't need a favor, just do your job with purpose, not to screw people over! Will edit- if case is reasonably viewed
Hard to get hold off .
Save your money and use someone that actually sells houses. They dont know the market.
Beware, they work for the banks, you pay them to value you property but they appear to deliberately under value by up to 40% to negate any risk with the bank. (Collusion?? who knows but the bank details who you use) They have little to no appreciation of Rural property. Our 500,000.00 plus property was valued at 315,000.00, no consideration of water rights or land use. Comparative properties used by them to justify valuation price were not relevant.
