Absolutely appalling customer service,agree with others it's a money grabbing scheme Sent me 3 different appointment times, I attended the earliest one as advised to do so, had drops in my eyes to dialate them and then told to wait The right eye lens went ok but the left had to be redone as apparently the eye wasn't dialated enough More time off work and lost wages I have foggy unclear vision still my left eye I'm having to use drops 8-10 times a day and purchased a heated eye massager cos my eyes have dried up but apparentl... read more
I had my eyes done in 2019 as I was short sighted and was for ever taking my glasses on and off at work. All I can say is that I am really disappointed as I have gone from being short sighted to long sighted and now need to wear glasses all the time. I feel as though I have given it time and if anything my sight has got worse. The biggest waste of over £3,500 ever - be warned. I have given them one star as they did look after me whilst I was there and that’s it. My eye sight is worse now than it was before so BEWARE.
