Terrible customer service

The owner was awesome
I needed to mail three bottles of wine, individually. The gentleman that assisted me did not have boxes that would work well but immediately called a supplier nearby. Unfortunately, they did not have the proper sized boxes either. Undeterred, the gentleman cut down three larger boxes to create the perfect sized boxes, then carefully and thoroughly packed my wine bottles. He was so nice and really went the extra mile to help me. I received excellent customer service and highly recommend OptaShip.
