PM Optals Healthcare of Sterling Hgts, Kevin Bandur has banned me from visiting my 95-year-old mother, who is under hospice care. This is solely because I inquired about the visitation protocol. I would like to praise Dena Fakhouri for her help. She was great to work with and, she showed integrity and professionalism. She also demonstrated empathy and understanding. Hello my auntie has been at fountain Bleu since 2023 and we love it here. The staff is very nice especially Sheila the concierge and Aaliyahthe central supply young lady. The building is clean and my aunt loves her roommate. OK Sheila Yep, this is nice.
Fountain Bleu is a very clean and organized facility. I have become very close with the staff they are very welcoming. And every time I go in there everyone has a smile on there face. The management is also great.
