I would like to praise Dena Fakhouri for her help. She was great to work with and, she showed integrity and professionalism. She also demonstrated empathy and understanding. I really appreciated her accountability and respectfulness. She always called me back in a timely manner. It was a smooth process from start to finish. Karen and her team were amazing. I had the pleasure of interacting with the Activity Department, and I must say they are outstanding. The team is organized, compassionate, and deeply committed to enriching the lives of the residents. Hello my auntie has been at fountain Bleu since 2023 and we love it here. The staff is very nice especially Sheila the concierge and Aaliyahthe central supply young lady. The building is clean and my aunt loves her roommate. OK Sheila Yep, this is nice.
Fountain Bleu is a very clean and organized facility. I have become very close with the staff they are very welcoming. And every time I go in there everyone has a smile on there face. The management is also great.
My brother was there for a rehabilitation stay, when he left some of his new clothes got lost, the administrator asked me for a list of the clothes and searched for them but was unable to find them. I told her to forget it but she took it upon herself to go out and replace the clothes, I was very surprised and pleased that she went to the trouble. I guess its a common thing to lose patients clothing doing laundry but she made it right. The facility is very clean, all personnel are very friendly, and willing to help.
