Great location, ample parking and a very nice well run facility.
Awesome gym which has boot camp, CrossFit...great community and Junaid is a solid trainer!
I’ve been doing personal training sessions for one year with Coach Junaid and he’s been a phenomenal mentor. He’s pushed me and allowed me to find the strength I thought I never had. Now I’m preparing to compete for the first time ever! His gym is clean, organized, and the environment is energetic and welcoming! I cannot see myself going anywhere else. I commute from central Queens to train there and with him!!
