Got cold-called by a person who said he was with the Victorian Energy Upgrades program. Told me - several times - I could get a free air conditioner. Never said he was with Opt Energy. I asked for details to be emailed to me. Got a second cold call next day, again saying he was with VEU program, but never mentioned Opt Energy. He was asking if I got the email.
