Always easy to book an appointment (in person or online). Friendly and professional staff, and no long waiting time. The selection of frames etc they have is great too. Would highly recommend.
Both the Optometrist Sarah Wu and Woy Woy OPSM staff were excellent and knowledgeable. Their skill showing in results both in the eye exam and selection of eyewear. The Woy Woy location is not as large as Erina, but a cut above in staffing.
The Optometrist I seen was pleasant, very attentive and helpful.
Ordered pair of sunglasses online click and collect from Woy Woy opsm. DHL Tracking stated they were delivered on Friday at noon to opsm woy woy. I was told I would be notified as soon as they arrived but no notification was received I went to store following Monday at noon to collect my order but was told order hadn't arrived. Visited OPSM in Deepwater Plaza Woy Woy. Fantastic experience. The optometrist was friendly and knowledgeable and the equipment for the eye examination was advanced. Staff were genuinely helpful when selecting new frames. Frames available in a range of styles and price points. Can't wait to collect my new glasses. Thanks
