Incredibly helpful team
Wow, the aftersales service continues to amaze. I had an issue with some slight damage to my prescription sunglasses and not only was the issue solved promptly but they even mailed them to me as I could not get back into the office
If you need anything to do with eye testing, new or replacement glasses, anywhere in Brisbane, GO TO OPSM TOOMBUL!!!! I picked a set of frames for over $200,only wear them for night driving, was then shown the package deals that saved me over $100,anyone who claims they get ripped off here is either a liar or stupid, wonderful staff, excellent management!!
They are so welcoming there and the optometrist Vincent was so good , I love going there and receiving my new glasses.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. Was a breeze picking out and ordering new frames.
