Came in with an optical emergency with my year 12 student son who had broken his glasses overnight while camping and was completely missing an arm of the frames, and with school back next week desperately needed a fix ASAP. Staff were able to find the exact same frames, swapped the lenses and now he has glasses for back to school next week
FROM THE EYE TEST TO THE COUNTER TO PAY FOR THE GLASSES, THE EXPERIENCE WAS AWESOME. I WAS HAVING A BAD WEEK AND THIS WAS A CHORE I WAS NOT HAPPY TO HAVE BUT DANIELLE MADE IT A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE FOR ME. THE ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND THOUGHTFULNESS WENT A VERY LONG WAY. WOULD RECOMMEND 10/10!!! Went back there again today and Anny was very helpful and caring in her approach. A very knowledgeable optometrist that cares!Will definately be coming back to the Riverlink branch.
Manager Teresa is the sweetest and kindest shop manager. Super helpful and her service is amazing. The optometrist is also very good too
Wonderful staff and Doctors. Lovely people that are friendly, incredibly helpful, if you don't know what you're doing they are patient and understanding. The appointment was quick, easy and informative. I absolutely recommend this OPSM
Beware the OPSM Vision Plan – Hidden Contract Trap I want to warn others about my experience with the OPSM Vision Plan, because I don’t want anyone else to fall into the same trap I did. When I signed up, I believed I was simply paying off my glasses.
