Excellent care. Examined thoroughly which resulted in me heading urgently to Sydney Eye Hospital & probably saving my sight in one eye. Followed up with a phone call to check on me. Would recommend.
Previous to today, this store was my local 'go to' for glasses. My family have been shopping in this store for over 20 years. Until I met the rude store manager today! Let's hope that senior management from OPSM read this review! No greeting as I stand politely waiting at the counter.
