Optometrist is very good and professional.
Highly recommend. My child is set to start SLT soon so I wanted to get a vision check to make sure this is not something impacting their speech delay. The optometrist was very thorough, patient and adapted his testing style to suit the situation. We are very grateful for the time taken to explain what was being tested and why. Thank you
Terrible service. Was 10 mins late to an appointment and was told to rebook even though there was appointments available online at that time and 1hr ahead of my appointment. The shop was empty so I don’t believe this was true. The women at counter was rude.

Very professional and friendly staff. They took the time to explain everything and get everything correct. My lenses were not perfect, so they redid them at no charge, the joys of having a wonky eye, not their mistake.
