Terrible service. Was 10 mins late to an appointment and was told to rebook even though there was appointments available online at that time and 1hr ahead of my appointment. The shop was empty so I don’t believe this was true. The women at counter was rude.

Very professional and friendly staff. They took the time to explain everything and get everything correct. My lenses were not perfect, so they redid them at no charge, the joys of having a wonky eye, not their mistake.
I had a great experience at OPSM. The team was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout my appointment. The optometrist explained everything clearly, and the staff made choosing new frames easy and enjoyable. Excellent service from start to finish.
Great experience, glasses came quicker than expected. Staff always Great. Best optician there Graham Candy who saved my daughter's sight. He picked up what SpecSavers fail to pick, with my daughter attending SpecSavers for years. Eternally greatful to have such a great, experienced knowledgeable optician there. Without him, my young daughter would have been blind.. Thank you again Graham and OPSM.
