Poor service, specsavers is better when it comes to service to be honest. When testing was done and I chose my glasses, the lady added on “inclusions” without discussing with me and was chatting away about school and things that I paid and didn’t realise until I got back to my car that the additional optional inclusions cost over $500 more. Being informed would have even better than being tricked. I won’t be going here again.

Everyone at OPSM Claremont is very warm and gentle. The very professional service makes customers feel cared for! . Please keep your temperature! ! ! . My experience feels very comfortable. The glasses are also a brand I like very much. The optometrist tailored the lenses according to my own situation and matched them with Tiffany's frames, which made me feel very good.

OPSM Claremont’s service is not up to standard. We ordered contact lenses for my son in the past. After 4 weeks we didn’t hear back from them and called numerous times but nobody answered the phone. After which, we decided to drop in the store to check. Initially the person at the counter said no the order hasn’t arrived. She then told me to wait she will check again. After going through the goods on the floor, with boxes all strewn across one of the rooms, they found the order. Second time ordering the contact lenses again ... read more
