Front service staffs seem to not have any customer service experience or care to provide one. I have visited few other OPSM in Canberra, only the one in the city has the air that customers should beg for their help. If you would like to get glasses from OPSM, choose other branches as your first option, they are more helpful and they can ask to take stock from the unhelpful team in the city. Canberra city one would be your last place to go.
I would highly recommend others to the OPSM Canberra Civic store. I found the team professional and would like to thank Sun for providing a very thorough examination and putting me at ease.
Very profesional and timely service from front of store and the optometrist. They got my reading and driving specs right and they were ready within 8 days. Got 2 x Rayban frames at reasonable cost. I will go back here when future needs arisr.
Just had the best experience at OPSM in the Canberra Centre. Sun-young did my eye test and was just so professional and lovely. She explained everything really well and I felt I was in very good hands. I then had Luke help me choosing glasses through to ordering them. He was also so professional and helpful. He even fixed my sunglasses at no cost. I recommend OPSM Canberra Centre wholeheartedly.
Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. I submitted a service request on May 16, and was promised delivery within two weeks. It has now been over a month, and the service has still not been completed—without any clear updates or a genuine apology. Just repeated excuses and endless delays.
