I bought a pair of glasses online and brought them into get prescription lenses. The OPSM staff member who served me is called Kevin, and honestly, I have never received better customer service anywhere. Kevin was super friendly, super knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. If you need to get glasses in Canberra, look for Kevin at the OPSM in the Canberra Centre. He will look after you well.
Very impressive optometrist and store staff at OPSM Canberra Centre. Thank you for a very professional and friendly experience.
Had a fantastic experience from the moment i walked in the door. Despite me being very indicisive, the staff helped me find the perfect pair of glasses and Patrick who did my eye test was also excellent - explained everything very thoroughly. Highly recomended!!
Best store in the entire Canberra Centre for customer service! Well done, everyone!
