Fixed my girlfriend’s sunglasses which had a broken arm and even gave them a clean for free. Thank you very much to the man that helped!
I was recommended to try the meta glasses by my eye specialist. When I went to this store the two staff looked completely blank when I explained that the glasses could be an aid for people with low vision. They said “oh no that’s not possible”. But a 5 min google search when I got home revealed many videos and reviews of how helpful the glasses can be. I was surprised that a reputable business like OPSM would not have trained their staff about a product that they sell.
Very friendly, professional and helpful staff
Just visited the branch today to get my Specs fixed ( not bought from the store). I was warmly welcomed by Daniel. He got my glasses fixed in few minutes, even he was very busy with customers service but still managed to get in done in few minutes. Thank you to Daniel for helping me out today. I will make sure to make my next purchase from OPSM.
