Very disappointed. When I went to pay for the glasses the price was more expensive than the sticker. I said that it should be sticker price and the girl responded we don’t discount Chanel glasses. I said you’re not discounting your charging me the sticker price. She then went to her manager who wouldn’t honour the sticker price. This is against ACCC rules. As per the ruling from the ACCC website. They must either sell it at the cheaper price or remove it from sale and correct the issue. This did not happen.
I had a great experience with Sun Young Lee. The consultation was professional and thorough, and the staff in the front were incredibly helpful and patient while helping me choose the right glasses. Thank you for the excellent service.
Forget this place. Plenty of other optometrists and optical technicians in Canberra to choose from. Clearly this is where customer service went to die.
