Professional and Personable. Dr & Optician exceeded my expectations!

I was not happy with this place the moment I walked in and I should have followed my instinct. They did not offer a retina scan. The pediatric optometrist had no personality besides seeming like she had better places to be and bored. The girl who was teaching my son how to use contacts was very nice but did not wear them herself because she couldn't touch her eye but she's teaching my kid. Bought a pair of expensive Gucci glasses through Opsin. Lettering on the side of the glasses fell off twice. The second time just at the end of 12 months. The manager told me this was to be expected with normal wear and tear. His attitude was dismissive, condescending and incredulous. Seemed to think I had pulled off the lettering myself! Left me with no recourse, just a pair of extremely expensive glasses I can't wear. Terrible customer service.
The staff was very professional. The exam was very thorough. The prices were reasonable and I got the new glasses in a week.
