Can’t believe I didn’t leave a review sooner. Dr. Ghabour is the best!!!! I never feel rushed, she takes her time to answer my questions and genuinely find a solution for me. I actually look forward to coming in.
We were charged over $200 above our expected out of pocket costs for services not covered by insurance, without any prior notification or consent. There was no transparency about these additional charges before the services were provided. When we brought this to their attention, the response we received was, “We’re sorry, she should have said something, she’s new.” Being new is not an acceptable excuse for failing to clearly communicate costs, especially in a healthcare setting where pricing should be discussed upfront. Dr Gahbour was amazing! Was was very impressed how knowledgeable she was with all my concerns. She took the time to make sure she addressed my issues and questions and set me on the path to being better! Highly recommended!
