My first student rental experience could not have been any better. Chrissy at OPR was so helpful, responding to every request my daughter had prior to signing the rental. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. OPR was a great experience - no hassles, easy online portal, no issue with the return of the security deposit and they were always very responsive to any request. I highly recommend renting with OPR!
We just moved our daughter in for her upcoming Junior year and we were very pleased with the condition and size of the apartment for the amount they charge. It is very difficult to find decent housing off campus for a reasonable price. Crissy was great to work with and was very responsive.
Adamantly ignored safety concerns after multiple attempts of communication. Do not recommend this housing company.
This company is so incredible and attentive. Everything from quick emails, to friendly faces and to swift maintenance concerns. A really great company if you’re a student in the area and genuinely the best people!!
